Tiplia EP — Diffuse Reality Records (2025)

Tokyo-based DJ and producer NUTMEG announces the release of

her new EP “Tiplia” on Spanish label Diffuse Reality Records.

Blending emotional 90s trance influences with psychedelic techno textures and spatial depth,

the EP crystallizes the core elements of NUTMEG’s sonic identity.

The title track “Tiplia” unfolds through floating pads, airy leads,

and long-form tension and release, crafting an immersive, trance-inflected techno journey.

The second track, “—(track name)”, dives deeper into minimal, hypnotic layers,

shifting the listener’s focus inward while maintaining a driving pulse.

Across the EP, NUTMEG blurs the line between club functionality and atmospheric storytelling,

exploring the transformative interplay of time and space.

そして没入感のある空間設計を融合させた、NUTMEG のコアとなる世界観を結晶化した作品だ。

タイトル曲 “Tiplia” は、透明感のあるパッドとフローティングするリードが

緊張と解放を長いスパンで描き出すハイポテンション・トランステクノ。

続く “—（曲名）” は、よりディープな質感とミニマルな推進力を持ち

フロアの意識を内部へと沈めていく。

EP全体を通して、ダンス・フロアとリスニングの境界を越え、NUTMEG が探求してきた

「時間と空間の変容」が鮮やかに刻まれている。
